After our consultation and signing the contract, here is what you will receive at the presentation:

+Floor Plan

+ Concept Boards (2)

+ 2D Views ( 1 or 2 for each room)

+Furniture Schedule (What items are used and price) 

+Material Samples

 

After presentation:

+ Revisions (If needed)

+ Receive furniture invoice of all finalized items

+ Purchasing furniture 

+ Installation

Design Fee: $70 Hourly

(Depending on project, around 25+ hours on a space).
